It is a ‘middleware’ Application Programme Interface (API).The API serves as a standard back-end response mechanism to handle data transactions for smart device apps, ingesting live data using a Representational state transfer (RESTful) application interface ingesting JSON and XML strings and responding with stateless responses. It is the business and data layer provision for retailers to integrate into their own Smart Device applications, made available through popular app stores on the digital market.
Customer holding a Railcard has reported that their QR code is not showing. The team tried refreshing the customer data but it didn’t help. Solution:The QR code was not created for this railcard in the first place as TTK returned the error saying the railcard number was already taken. We suggested creating a railcard with a different railcard number and generating QR code for the customer.
